Linda Greenlaw’s books are pretty fantastic, too (The Hungry Ocean and The Lobster Chronicles are the ones I’ve read) I guess they’re less about fish than they are about fishing, but still. Also Trevor Corson’s The Secret Life of Lobsters, though obviously not about fish, is some of the best marine life nonfiction out there.
